A 90-minute one-on-one immersion. We work with what is alive in you right now — the patterning showing up, the energetics stirring, the felt-sense underneath the words. Through breath, somatic process, energetic transmission and tuning, we move what is stuck and bring you back into coherence with yourself.

A grounded foundation in the practices of Discover Worlds Within — for those new to this work, or returning to it more deeply. A held container blending one-on-one sessions, energetic transmissions, education, breathwork, meditation, and somatic process.
