I believe in the human spirit.

I believe there is an artistry to being human, an innate impulse to create, relate, shape, explore and express. We see it in paintings and poetry, certainly, but just as readily in the building of a business, the raising of a child, the tending of a garden, the making of a home, the way we love, the conversations we have, the communities we create and the lives we dare to imagine.

We are born expressive and what an extraordinary spectrum of expression humanity offers. Every life a unique composition, every human being an instrument through which existence experiences and expresses itself. Yet what moves through us is not always the clearest expression of who we truly are.

We inherit patterns. We adapt. We protect. We learn rhythms that once helped us belong or survive. Our nervous systems carry histories, our minds create meaning, our bodies remember, our energy moves and contracts, and somewhere amongst all that extraordinary human complexity is something essential — our innate nature, always present, always available to be discovered and expressed.

My life's work, and what I experience as an inquiry extending far beyond this lifetime, has been an exploration of this territory. I am fascinated by the instrument through which we experience existence. Its rhythms. Its pulses. Its frequencies. Its intelligence. Its dissonance and its harmonics, and what becomes possible when we learn to listen closely enough to recognise which movements belong to conditioning, which belong to protection, which have simply been repeated for so long that we mistake them for ourselves — and what begins to sound through us when those patterns no longer have to conduct the orchestra.

This is the inner revolution.

Not becoming someone else, but becoming intimate enough with the instrument that the music can become more truly our own.

I am the author of Discover Worlds Within and creator of Evolve Yourself® and Essence Energetics®. Across all these expressions lives the same inquiry:

What becomes possible when a human being knows themselves deeply enough to consciously participate in what they are creating and expressing through their life?

Why this work

My own life has taught me that the inner world cannot be separated from the outer one. That curiosity became a lifelong exploration of human behaviour, consciousness, trauma, nervous-system patterns, societal patterns, relationship patterns, energy, spiritual experience and the extraordinary ways we learn to protect, adapt, create and evolve. Over time, the inquiry deepened.

It became less about asking, "What is wrong?" and more about exploring:

What is moving through this extraordinary organism, and what is it creating?

What has been learned?

What has been protected?

What rhythms have become habitual?

Where is there dissonance, and what invites harmony?

What is asking to evolve?

What wants to be expressed? And beneath everything we have learned to be, what is already here?

Why is the value of learning a degree elevated higher than being curious about our own complex systems?

What is our true nature and How could we express more of it within our ecosystem of existence. These questions became the foundation of Discover Worlds Within and the wider Evolve Yourself® body of work.

The lens I see through is universal while recognising the relative and subjective curation of experience. We are each experiencing and creating through our own unique field of perception, while participating in something infinitely larger than ourselves. From here, the past is not fixed. The future is not separate from now. Every moment is a doorway, and consciousness is the curator of the experience.

As awareness changes, so does our relationship with what has been, what is, and what becomes possible.

These teachings invite us into the life that is — full, vibrant, whole. Not only through information or theory, but through direct experience, inquiry and the living intelligence of all systems. It’s not always easy, not always pretty, but it most certainly the greatest and most noble exploration humanity could attune to.

What this body has lived

I was born into a large family, mum, dad, 4 sisters and 3 brothers, and this family of mirrors — siblings, parents, partners — who continue to teach me about strength and limitation, nurture and cycle, resonance and shape and the value of relationships within the human spirit, feature continually.

I have prospected black opal in the semi-desert of Australia for twenty years — wild land, extraordinary people, the body buzzing when a hue of colour rose out of an underground drift. There is something rather wonderful about spending years searching beneath the earth for flashes of colour that have been forming in darkness. Perhaps it is no coincidence that so much of my life's exploration has involved discovering what lies beneath the surface.

I have a son who is among my greatest teachers and a doorway into the unconditional. With a beautiful grandson that reminds me deeply of the gift of love itself.

I have walked through experiences the world labels trauma, and experiences the world labels magic, and through every variety of the ordinary in between. A rich life of failings, abundance, debt, loss, joys, mistakes. The shames the shines. All lived and expressed through this skin and an adventure that continues to play, express, learn, expand, dance, sing, cry and most of all love.

What has shifted in the dive of awareness is the frequency at which I meet life and therein lies something extraordinary about being human. I have a reverence for life now, the short window of experience. I hold my head high, in my legs and know i do better each day with knowing better each day. I absorb the imperfect perfection of the flawed human and say yes to having a crack in alignment. Mayo Angelo says ‘if you learn something teach it, if you get something give it.’ Im choosing to sing to that rhythm, and in attention to leave the land of physical in a way that supports the call of the heart of awareness.

Discover Worlds Within, my book, grew from this living exploration. It holds the understandings, practices and processes that continue to walk through me.

What I believe

I believe we are here to express within experience. Not necessarily to become artists in the conventional sense, but to recognise the artistry inherent in being alive. Our canvas may be a company. A family. A relationship. A garden. A body. A piece of music. A classroom. A community. A meal. A movement. An idea nobody has had before. A way of loving that transforms something our family has carried for generations.

There are countless ways a human life creates. What fascinates me is the essence that plays the instrument doing the creating.

Because when that instrument is governed unconsciously by fear, protection, conditioning or inherited patterning, those frequencies inevitably enter what we make and as awareness expands, another possibility appears. We can begin to hear ourselves. We can notice the dissonance without making it wrong, become curious about the rhythms we have been repeating, and discover what brings the whole organism into greater harmony. We can explore the relationship between our biology, emotions, thoughts, energetics, others, consciousness and the spiritual dimensions of our existence.

We can become increasingly response-able for what moves through our skin, rather than being unconsciously governed by it and gradually, consciously, playfully, courageously, allow more of our innate nature to enter the song.

For me, human development is ultimately about discovering that innate freedom that lies within us all.

The freedom to meet life as ourselves and create from there and I believe this matters beyond the individual.

Every expression participates in the greater human composition. The way we parent, lead, love, communicate, create and relate contributes to the environments and cultures we collectively inhabit. Imagine what becomes possible when more of humanity is expressing from coherence rather than conditioning, from love rather than fear, from conscious choice rather than habitual reaction.

Not a world where everyone sings the same note, but one where the extraordinary diversity of human expression contributes to a richer harmony. That is a revolution worth participating in.

What I believe — in one line

We are expressing ourselves through a highly sophisticated organism, connecting deeply to who we truly are, allows us to express our innate with authenticity and freedom.

You don't grow up by getting older. You grow up by becoming response-able for what is moving through your skin. That work is the work. Everything I offer is built around it.

What I do now

I host retreats and adventure immersions — including an annual cycling retreat through India that combines movement, breath, embodied process and the wild medicine of being far from your ordinary life.

I run process workshops that move people through the survival-to-thriving threshold using somatic, breath-based and consciousness-based practices.

I work with corporate teams and organisations on nervous system regulation, coherence, and the embodied skill of leading from a regulated body rather than a reactive one.

I guide people one-on-one through Essence Energetics® — three, six and twelve-month programs for transmuting the patterning that has been quietly running the show.

I facilitate ceremonies for weddings, transitions, openings, and the sacred markings of a life lived consciously.

I have designed a full human framework Evolve Yourself® — a body of work and a community of practitioners committed to the elevation of human consciousness through embodied process.

I am not here to fix you. I don't think you need fixing. I'm here as a fellow explorer, a pioneer, a guru, a master, a healer, a creator, in the same way you are. I trust this work because it is what I am living. The path home is not up there or out there. It is in your own skin, in your own life, in this moment now.

Whether you come to me through a retreat in India, a corporate workshop, a ceremony, a program, or simply by reading the book — though crisis or curiousity- what is offered is the same thing through different doors: the practices, the language, and the held space for awareness to expand into the life that is — full, vibrant, whole.
