A conscious partnership is framed as a union that cultivates the most significant emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual growth space for the partnership. It is created by being aligned with the foundational drives of the unconscious aspects of the human experience to be safe, healed and whole. 

Within the design of a conscious relationship, there is a profound realisation that your partnership has multi-faceted benefits. It supports a person to realise their greatest self while being in this life and creating consciously with intention. Too often, marriage/partnership is supposed to survive and thrive because you love each other. Although it would most definitely help, it isn't always easy or the case.

Working with me, you are guided to listen deeply to yourself as individuals and as a couple for three months. Recognising why you are choosing each other framing up some fundamental values and recognising the foundation of what it takes to create a space where the both of you constantly evolve. 

You will be guided through processing, twice a month over three months as a couple and clarity questioning to develop your values, relationship agreements and overall intention within your creative attention as a couple. You will be given activities to engage with to unfold your inner voice and allow more coherence to rise within your relationship. You will be given activations to deepen your soul connection, so you have the tools to play the family game most coherently and gracefully.

This inquiry with me is a deep dive into what is true for you and what kind of ecosystem you want to create moving forward in your life design. You will become familiar and aware of the team shadows or unconscious patterning and be able to lean into them in safety and curiosity. I will get to know you both more deeply and you will most definitely discover more about yourself and your partner along the way. Choosing the package of deep dive is the perfect foundation for any partnership to cultivate a thriving existence in the conscious design of life.

• This gift of choosing a conscious relationship can help the healing of childhood, ancestral and hidden wounds. There are many surface-level needs and desires, but our closest relationships can be the richest because they open or trigger underlying, unprocessed debris. A conscious relationship allows space in safety for those exposed, while the person takes one hundred per cent responsibility for them. 

• You accept that your partner is your perfect mirror exposing vulnerabilities and strengths. You both are choosing to walk a pathway of exploration and growth. Allowing a sense of autonomy, sovereignty and union to rise as its ultimate expression for your life.

• You both take responsibility for elevating your communication energetically, verbally, and intimately. You explore ways to express, listen and share your desires and vulnerabilities with your partner. The belief that the other should know what you want is sometimes the root of disappointment, frustration, and undervaluing. Being responsible for communicating and elevating is where perception is clear and concise. Giving your partner the safety to do so is imperative in a conscious relationship.

• To develop a conscious relationship, you also build the capacity to create consciously. Instead of reacting to life, this active awareness is where the intention of what you are designing becomes your responsibility. There is a sense of deliberate cooperative and aligned action in what you choose to do. No longer operating on what you know, but a sense of openness to new ideas and regulations can arise. 

• In developing a conscience partnership, you value yourself, and in turn, value your partner's needs as much as your own. The fulfilment of their values and desires becomes as essential as your own. 

• You do the inner work on yourself and allow space for the other to do too. You are open to seeing the shadows of your persona and will call it if your partner is exposing something that could be welcomed or seen to process. You don't see the shadow as something to fear but as an opportunity to grow and create the most incredible opportunity for a successful marriage of your desires. 

• You cultivate and continue to be open to techniques that give you the tools to process, elevate and thrive. You open up pathways to new ways of doing things, look at where your tendencies no longer serve the situation and say Yes to the new. 

• You continue to search within yourself for self-development. 

• In the continual growth of doing the inner work, your awareness of the drive to be more aligned and in love with the universe you birthed is evoked. You are willing to do what is necessary to consciously cultivate an environment within yourself and outside yourself that allows all to thrive. 

• Developing a conscious relationship is the fundamental knowledge that health of self and relating starts with our relationship with ourselves and the transformation, healing, and development within ourselves. 

• The relationship you have with yourself and the desire to explore the full dimension of living through the inner lens of exploring the essence of being. The work you choose to do in a relationship cultivates the full spectrum of life's dynamic play in the world. Too often the irritations, disconnect, annoyance and connection challenges are seen outside ourselves as the other. Taking the lens inside, being responsible and aligned with such understanding elevates the individual's consciousness and the collaborative relating in life. In turn, healing the crap that sits in the shadows of the psyche, emotional, spiritual and physical patterning embodied from our ancestors or childhood.
